Trademarks and Logos
General Information

Companies that create products or services that work with one or more Borqs-brand products may reference the applicable Borqs-brand product on their product packaging, in documentation, and in marketing materials provided they follow the guidelines outlined on this page. “Borqs” in text and stylized format, including, but not limited to, any prefixes or extensions thereof as made available to the Company by Borqs International Holding Corp. that is Worldwide 3rd Party Android Platform Software and Service Provider.
You must ensure that you adhere to these Guidelines or any other guidelines issued by us from time to time, for example, in relation to the size, color scheme, typeface and prominence of the Borqs Brand Elements. We may modify any of the Borqs Brand Elements at any time, and accordingly you should check this webpage regularly for updates to these Guidelines to ensure that your use conforms to our current guidelines.
With few exceptions, our Brand Elements (trademarks or logos) should only be used when BORQS explicitly gives written permission, and that usage is restricted to the guidelines outlined by an authorized representative of BORQS.

Trademark Basics

Company will ensure that the presentation of the Borqs Brand Marks will be consistent with Borqs’s own use of the Borqs Brand Marks in comparable media. From time to time during the term of the Agreement, Borqs may provide to Company written guidelines as to the size, typeface, colors, and other graphic characteristics of the Borqs Brand Marks, which upon delivery to Company shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Agreement and into these Guidelines.


All trademarks and service marks included in the Borqs Brand Marks will be designated with “®”, in the manner directed by Borqs.

Rules for Proper Usage

Things You Can Do:

  • You may link to our website or individual pages within our website.
  • You may reference our organization (“BORQS”) or credentials (with proper usage of ® or ™ symbols) with proper linking to our website or attribution to our organization in your publication.
  • If permission is granted, use only BORQS-approved and distributed artwork when using BORQS’s logos.

Things You Can’t Do

  • You may NOT incorporate BORQS Brand Elements into your own product names, service names, trademarks, logos, or company names.
  • You may NOT use our Brand Elements in the title of your own products or services. Note: Approved and certified BORQS instructors may only use our trademarks to describe their training
  • You may NOT register top-level or create second-level domain names with our Brand Elements
  • You may NOT use our Brand Elements in any manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by BORQS, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or opinions of BORQS or BORQS personnel.
  • You may NOT copy or imitate BORQS’s trade dress, including the look and feel of BORQS website, publications, design properties, or BORQS brand packaging, distinctive color combinations, typography, graphic designs, product icons, or imagery associated with BORQS.
  • You may NOT display a BORQS Brand Element in a manner that is in BORQS’s sole opinion misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to BORQS.
  • You may NOT display a BORQS Brand Element as a prominent element on your web page, email, or document.
  • You may NOT display a BORQS Brand Element on any website that contains or displays adult content, promotes gambling, involves the sale of tobacco or alcohol to persons less than twenty-one years of age, or otherwise violates applicable law.
  • You may NOT display a BORQS Brand Element on a site that violates any law or regulation.
  • You may NOT use BORQS Brand Elements in a way that suggests a common, descriptive, or generic meaning.
  • You may NOT adopt marks, logos, slogans, or designs that are confusingly similar to our Brand Elements.
